- Packaging the Item: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during return shipping. Ensure that the original packaging, labels, and all accessories are included.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
